You don't need to be tech savvy, but computers are everywhere these days, so proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary. You will be working alone or in a small team most of the time, so we hope that's something you look forward to it. Cleaning and maintaining the property requires some physical activities, so make sure you are able to lift up to 50 lbs. as well as push, pull, bend and lift.
