Turnover and Transition Support
· Coordinate post-award transitions between estimating and operations to ensure a smooth handoff of project documentation.
· Support responses to post-award clarifications, amendments, and communications with contracting officers.
General Duties
· Provide support for multiple estimators.
· Support preconstruction as required, including issuance of invitations to bid as appropriate.
· Assist with updates to the company's online Planroom and Client Management System.
· Provide administrative support/duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
· Minimum 5-10 years of experience in federal contracting, preferably within general contracting.
· Strong understanding of federal procurement processes and compliance with FAR/DFARS.
