The position leads budget development, technical support, estimating support, strategy and proposal development activities for assigned projects, with may include global opportunities. The incumbent must effectively present recommended strategies to the appropriate project managers, directors, and executives based on each project's price level, risk, and complexity. The incumbent recommends margin levels that allow award of contract at highest feasible level of profitability.
