Job Requirements:
Provide exceptional, ongoing service to temporary employees. This includes resolving non-technical issues, addressing concerns, and managing employee relations to ensure long-term satisfaction.
Partner with the Account Manager, internal HR, and client stakeholders to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding process for all temporary employees.
Conduct routine check-ins with temporary employees every six weeks to facilitate two-way communication and offer ongoing support.
Create and maintain activity reports, updating metrics daily, weekly, or quarterly as required. This also includes the upkeep of internal/external trackers and entering/editing data in client software tools.

Establish a strong working relationship with Finance, Procurement, PMO, Project Management, IT, Engineering, and key business partners to ensure comprehensive and timely communication of integration projects to all relevant stakeholders.
Assist with identifying, designing, testing, and implementing ERP functionality and improvements. Manage “backlog” of projects post ERP implementation and triage priorities with Change Advisory Committee approval.
Responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements; consulting with stakeholders to prioritize, develop, and deploy solutions.
Drive end-to-end Cloud ERP service requests, enhancements, and additional Change Requests through the company's JIRA ticketing system.
Lead recurring cross-functional training events on ERP processes, updates, and newly implemented platform changes.
Participate in cross-functional team meetings to provide recommendations on new initiatives or projects.
Support Confluence Knowledge Base through the creation and improvement of business system documents, process diagrams, and workflow flows, and formal operating procedures written clearly and thoroughly, in addition to training others on the process.
Independently manage numerous concurrent initiatives, working collaboratively with external support vendors to develop, test, and deploy system configuration and process improvements, while supporting administrative day-to-day tickets.
Support quarterly Oracle system upgrades with internal and external stakeholders and prepare upgrades and documents for the Change Advisory Board.
Continuously evaluate and refine applications and processes to ensure the system is efficient, effective, and scalable.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum five years of experience working with financial and/or business systems.
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
Understanding of business, finance, and accounting functions.
Knowledge of Atlassian tools, such as JIRA and Confluence.
SQL, DBMS, and Power BI reporting knowledge is a plus.
Organized and detail-oriented, with a high degree of accuracy.
Experience working with SaaS enterprise applications (Oracle Cloud, Concur) in organizations with government grants and/or government contracts.
Exceptional technical documentation skills and knowledge of impactful presentation.
Capable of quickly comprehending new information and technologies.
