KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales and Operations Planning
Own the monthly S&OP cycle, coordinating inputs, agendas, and outputs.

Provide reporting, metrics, and scenario analysis to enable decision-making.
Document and communicate S&OP outcomes to leadership and functional teams.
Demand & Supply Planning

Drive the development of strong forecasting systems to ensure appropriate levels of accuracy
Consolidate demand inputs from Sales, Product Management, and Finance to develop a consensus forecast.
Translate demand into supply and inventory plans that balance service levels, working capital, and cost.
Monitor forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and stock availability; drive corrective actions as needed.
Ensure excellent problem-solving techniques and capabilities are in place to avoid inefficiencies and repeated errors
Purchasing
Supervise buyers responsible for converting the supply and replenishment plans into purchase orders.
Ensure timely placement and confirmation of POs, while maintaining supplier relationships.
Support buyers in resolving supplier delivery issues, pricing discrepancies, and expediting/de-expediting needs.
Collaborate with the Strategic Sourcing Manager on supplier performance and cost improvement initiatives.
Work closely with suppliers to ensure follow-through on commitments and resolution to problems
Leadership & Team Development
Manage, coach, and develop a team of planners and buyers.
Promote collaboration between planning, procurement, logistics, and commercial teams.
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making.
Drive process optimization efforts on an ongoing basis to remove process inefficiencies
Utilizing change management techniques, ensure cross-functional adoption of new processes, systems, or tools.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
APICS certification or other relevant qualification preferred
7+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Inventory Planning) preferably in an environment of both manufactured and sourced finished goods
Strong knowledge of S&OP processes, inventory optimization, and ERP/MRP systems.
Proven ability to lead teams, administer cross-functional processes, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

A. JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior Manager of Supply Chain is in charge of developing and managing end-to-end supply chain for the site. They lead coordination activities with purchasing, business development, production, quality control and quality assurance on site to ensure customer satisfaction in terms of timely delivery and quantities. The position requires both customer and strategic focus while providing daily tactical leadership and support to the organization.
The Senior Manager of Supply Chain is responsible for materials management, demand/production planning, warehouse and distribution functions. They manage inventory accuracy across all warehousing and manufacturing locations and manage and maintain all material master information within the ERP system. As part of data and material management, they oversee the Artwork and Packaging engineering department to create bills-of-materials, manage customer artwork changes during the products life cycle coupled with the standardization and optimization of packaging components to optimize the performance of the packaging lines while meeting customer requirements. They are responsible for coordinating, creating and developing optimized production plans to best use the available capacity while maximizing the output to meet the customer demand and the site financial objectives.
B. ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensuring customer satisfaction in terms of quantities and delivery time
* Ensure customer satisfaction is meeting contractual requirements (>95% OTIF)
* Be the interface with customers in order to respect the defined satisfaction indicators

Analyze current and projected dairy market conditions and identify key trends and opportunities for the business.
Create milk market forecasts and reports to support the Commodity Risk Management team.
Develop presentation tools to be used in monthly and quarterly commodity price risk management meetings with CEO, CFO, and other key Executive Leadership team members
Analyze and forecast market inflation trends and work to address any price variances to budget.
Collaborate cross-functionally to refine and optimize supplier framework for internal requirements to ensure the highest-quality-milk from farms committed to continuous improvement towards animal care.
Develop and execute vendor agreements in close collaboration with Legal Team.
Manage vendor relationships, track performance, and communicate performance feedback.
Identify, support, and implement raw material cost reduction opportunities.
Assist in the development and management of annual material cost budgets.
Monitor, track and report on savings and key performance indicators for category.
Assist in resolving any unforeseen problems with suppliers relating to operations, purchasing or quality/performance.

General Description
Under general supervision, the Purchasing Clerk is to provide support with all facets of the Purchasing Department as outlined below. Actively identifies and reconciles data input and documentation discrepancies within vendor records through analysis
Serves as a direct liaison to the Finance staff regarding expense management review for program related expenses
Participates in relevant Agency meetings and/or trainings
Actively pursues development of professional competencies related to job role performance through reading, supervision, in-service training and attendance at conferences and workshops
