The Work:
Team with clients on their SAP functional transformation programs through your combined SAP application and functional process expertise which includes your ability to:

Here's what you need:
+ Minimum of 8 years proven experience as a Delivery Lead, being accountable for running the day-to-day of large SAP transformation programs in Supply Chain and Retail while advising clients on how to create roadmap and business case, set up and mobilize, drive the execution and successful business outcomes for large SAP programs
+ Minimum 8 years of experience leading SAP transformation programs that support Retail and Consumer Goods clients (SAP support / managed services experience will not be considered for this requirement)
+ Minimum 4 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, estimation and solution architecture for SAP Supply Chain and Retail Clients

Overview

Experience
* Bachelor's degree in purchasingmanagement, supply chain management, business management, or other related field, and five (5) to ten (10) years of proven experience managing supply chain operations or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
* Five (5) to ten (10) years of commercial risk management experience across various categories.
* Three (3) to five (5) years of evidence of responsible/sustainable procurement initiatives.
* Five (5) to ten (10) years of management and leadership experience.
* Minimum of three (3) years of project management experience preferred.
* Lean/six sigma experience, green belt, preferred.
* Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certification preferred.

Basic Qualifications
Requires US Citizenship and an active U.S. Government DoD Secret Security Clearance awarded or reviewed within the last 6 years
Requires the ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) approval within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need
Requires a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field with 8 years of related experience; 6 years with a master's degree; or 12 years of related experience may be accepted with a HS Diploma (or equivalent) in lieu of a degree
Requires experience with supply chain management techniques, practices or theories gained through wide seasoning and/or special development, specific to cost-reimbursable subcontracts
Requires demonstrated experience and success in leading and developing cross functional teams
Requires experience presenting to executive leadership
Requires experience with supplier management for large, critical suppliers
Requires the ability to travel (domestic) up to 25%

Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Business or Technical field

5+ years leading and/or managing teams
Demonstrated experience in strategy and planning, production readiness, life cycle cost analysis, strategic sourcing, supplier evaluation (capability & capacity), supply chain risk & opportunity (identification / mitigation / execution), and major subcontractor management

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, with all levels of management and individual contributors

The Procurement Manager will oversee and direct the activities of the procurement department. This position is important to the success of the company to ensure that vendor and client relationships are maintained and cultivated; proper timelines are maintained; and the quality/price/availability of products and services are continually evaluated. This position will also be negotiating and creating contract agreements and coordinating with the Director of Contracts and Procurement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervisory Responsibilities
Hires and manages the purchasing department
Oversees daily workflow and schedules of the department
Oversee training of new and existing employees within the purchasing department
Conducts performance evaluations that are timely, and constructive
Coordinates with the HR department to handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policies.
Functional Responsibilities
Establish and implement purchasing processes and policies

QUALIFICATIONS
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in related field required
At least 5 years of related experience, preferably in underground mining
Professional Purchasing Certification (CPP) or working towards is preferred.
