About Your Role QGenda is hiring a Senior Clinical Account Executive (SAE) to join our Enterprise Sales team and drive growth in the Nurse & Staff Workforce segment. In this role, you will own a set of enterprise healthcare accounts, focusing on expanding the use of QGenda's workforce management solutions while identifying new opportunities for growth. You'll strategically position QGenda's suite of products by understanding customer challenges, aligning solutions with organizational goals, and serving as a trusted partner to healthcare leaders. This is a dynamic, consultative sales role where clinical expertise meets cutting-edge technology. You'll engage directly with C-suite executives, operational leaders, and frontline clinicians to deliver measurable impact on healthcare efficiency, workforce optimization, and patient care outcomes. How You'll Make an Impact Own the full sales cycle - from prospecting and outreach to negotiation, closing, and expansion. Drive bookings growth by developing new client relationships and strengthening existing partnerships to uncover additional opportunities. Engage with C-suite and operational leaders (e.g., CMO, CIO, CFO, COO, Nursing Leadership) to understand workforce challenges and provide tailored solutions. Effectively communicate QGenda's value proposition across multiple personas - executives, IT, administrators, and clinicians. Plan, develop, and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned quotas. Use appreciative inquiry to uncover the real needs of frontline care providers and translate insights into actionable, value-driven solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally with BDRs, Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience teams to identify growth opportunities and ensure client success. Support campaign activity, industry connections, thought leadership, and digital impact initiatives. Represent QGenda at industry events and conferences, building relationships and expanding your professional network. Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity data in Salesforce, ensuring reliable forecasting and pipeline visibility. Stay current on industry trends, healthcare technology developments, and competitor offerings to position QGenda effectively in the market. Demonstrate willingness to travel (up to 25%) to industry events, customer-facing meetings, and prospecting opportunities. Who You Are A strong communicator with exceptional business acumen and relationship-building skills. Highly accountable and proactive, with the ability to anticipate challenges and implement effective solutions. Adaptable and flexible, thriving in fast-paced, evolving environments. Curious and consultative, with a genuine interest in understanding the goals and strategies of healthcare customers. Experience You Bring Current RN license (BSN, MSN preferred). Proven experience in healthcare sales or clinical technology solutions. Hands-on experience with enterprise workforce management software. Strong understanding of clinical operations and workforce management challenges. Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills. Ability to prospect, outreach, and build strategic relationships across healthcare organizations. Comfort representing QGenda at industry events and professional networking forums. Base Hiring Range: $100,000-$120,000 In accordance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above.
