Responsibilities and Purpose
In nursing, there is a growing need to go beyond bedside care and to look more deeply at systemic opportunities to improve outcomes and quality of life. That is the focus of a Quality Manager:
Develop, implement and maintain a standardized quality management plan and program.
Establish and maintain tracking and monitoring systems for health care quality improvement activities.
Ensure high risk, high volume and unusual events are monitored concurrently and retrospectively as they occur.
Design and develop methodologies for preventive care and health care evaluations. Conduct preventive studies to evaluate the continuity and coordination of care and to assess the quality and utilization of health care services.
Coordinate all external programmatic oversight visits for contracted providers and ensures timely completion and follow up on corrective action plans.
Required Experience and Education
Current and unencumbered Oklahoma Registered Nurse (RN) OR Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License.
Up to date First Aid and CPR certification.
Ability to pass criminal background check.
Ability to pass Post Offer/Pre-Employment Screen (POPES).
Experience with EMR.
Experience with LTC, LTAC, Hospice, or Home Health.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Jobsite AQTRD QC Monitor Responsibilities
Assure that the Equipment & Feeder Matrix up to date.
Assure that QC inspection forms are completed in the field and filed before energization.
Assure the Megger log is updated and organized and filed before energization of feeder.
Assure that the torque log is updated, organized and filed before energization of equipment.
Assure with assistance of superintendent and project manager that the project in compliance with job Specifications.
Notify the QC manager if any training needed. (megger, torque wrench, gr. point tester etc.)
Assure that the record drawings are being updated every week.
Assure that Sign-off that proper documentation is completed and filed before start-up of any piece of equipment on project or the energization of feeders.
It is the responsibility of the appointed Quality Control Monitor to assure that each of these tasks are being performed and documented as required. It is not a requirement that the QC Rep. perform each of these task personally, just to assure that they are completed and documented at the time of the inspection/task. (Not tested and documented in the trailer at a later time)

Previous experience operating in a continuous improvement or ISO 9000 environment preferred.
ASME Codes and Nondestructive Testing Preferred.
