Manage the calculations for preferential duty treatment under Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) and the Generalized System of Preferences (GSP), ensuring strong internal controls (procedures, work instructions, forms, checklists, and tools). Analyze transactions for potential risk and confirm that due diligence requirements are met. Possess knowledge of U.S. Customs programs such as Reconciliation and Duty Drawback. Identify, evaluate, and implement duty mitigation opportunities and programs.
