This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented position that involves steeping, filtering, and packaging cold brew in kegs, cans, bulk containers, and more. Essential Functions • Processing large-scale cold brew batches in brew tanks. • Filling multiple cold brew vessels (kegs, cans, totes, etc) • Loading vessels into cold storage. • Palate development. • Practicing FIFO to maintain freshness and ensure the highest quality. • Maintaining sanitary conditions. • Assisting in the receiving of cold brew vessels and materials. • Operate a forklift on a regular basis. • Climb ladders to perform duties as needed. This position will be responsible for assisting the Quality Assurance Manager in the supervision of Food Safety and Security, and Quality Assurance programs. In this role, will also oversee the direct supervision of Quality & Sanitation Technicians to ensure all Quality, Food Safety and Sanitation guidelines are implemented and adhered to. Accountabilities: Responsible for shift/work scheduling, training, delegation of duties & disciplinary actions of the Quality Assurance and Sanitation Technicians. Ensure that all Quality Assurance functions are being performed, and documented, in an accurate and efficient manner. Collaborate with Technicians to follow up on Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) deviations and report Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) modifications to Quality Assurance Manager. Perform periodic, daily walk through of the facility to ensure that all quality and food safety standards are being complied with and submit corrective action request as needed to perspective departments. Train staff on all equipment calibrations, quality assurance and preventive maintenance. Minimum Skills Required: Combination of 2 years college education (from an accredited institution) and/or experience as a Quality Assurance Supervisor in a related field. You'll provide SCADA subject matter and implementation services for Instrumentation and Control (I&C) / Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system implementation in the Gas Industry. Your primary focus will be a SCADA implementation including planning, design, software programming and configuration, data migration and integrations. You'll be managing the technical delivery to meet the project technical and functional requirements. Objective of the position: QA lab technicians are responsible for monitoring raw ingredients and finished product for food safety and quality. The technician is also responsible for auditing of the facility and calibration of equipment. Tasks and Responsibilities: Operate laboratory equipment, including but not limited to: NIR, GAC, scales, saftest analyzer, Neogen reader. This includes setup, standard operations and routine maintenance. Evaluate raw materials and finished products for visual and physical compliance. The technician will work closely with the Quality Engineer to complete inspections throughout the production process.
