The position will work directly with both internal and external team members, to provide document review, coordination, and implementation during construction and commissioning. Position Description Ability to work and communicate effectively with the project team, subcontractors, consultants and owner representatives. Execute inspections with trade partners to oversee checklist and accuracy before and after inspection. Familiarity with a broad range of general construction processes and nomenclature including testing laboratory protocols and procedures, soils and concrete testing, asphalt paving, structural steel and welding and general construction observations. Methodical and detail-oriented to assist the project team in assuring that Project QC documentation are complete, and procedures are followed to ensure issues are closed and project risk is mitigated. Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications including identification of errors or redundancies for resolution by others. Mange equipment tracking tools by updating inspection statues and project workflows. Conduct regularly scheduled quality and office/field meetings, review logs of Deficiencies, Punch List, etc., and provide documentation and meeting minutes.
