Key Responsibilities:

Foster a culture of quality through training, coaching, and direct engagement at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
ASQ certifications (CQM, CQE, CQA) are a plus.
5+ years of progressive quality experience within the precision metals or metal cutting industry.
Demonstrated leadership experience.
Proven track record managing a QMS and leading successful IATF audits.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
Strong technical writing, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on and process improvement mindset.
Compensation Range: $110,000 - $130,000

Job Description

The Program Manager, Quality is responsible for planning and coordinating all or a portion of the Quality program for Northwestern Memorial Hospital the direction of the Director of Quality.
