The Fuel Quality Technician is responsible for completing fuel quality testing on site (gas stations, convenience stores, facilities that use gasoline or diesel for power) troubleshooting electro-mechanical problems, and performing unscheduled maintenance as well as scheduled maintenance on equipment, based upon customer demand and need. Essential Job Functions:
The primary responsibilities of the FuelGuard Service Technician will include (but are not limited to):
Operate and maintain mobile Fuel Filtration equipment (company truck with trailer attached).
Ability to pull 2" hoses full of fluid in lengths of varying from 16' to 50', drop them down 16' or more in a tank and move them around to sweep the bottom of the tank.
Know how to operate electric generators or compressors and pumps.
Ability to pull a STP that consists o f a motor head, up to 16' feed pipe with a Motor to the bottom which weighs approx. 70 lbs. needs to be removed and placed to the side during cleanings. This will be done with a helper.
Effectively analyzes problem situations pertaining to breakdowns of customer equipment and recommends to customer actions necessary to correct situation.

Summary of Position
The Quality Technician is responsible for supporting the quality control and assurance processes within a company. This entry-level position is responsible for assisting with inspections, tests, data collection, and documentation to ensure that products or services meet the established quality standards and specifications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform quality controls following the Work Instructions (WI's) on raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products.
Monitor the variations in scrap products and raw materials (out of spec) that are rejected at the various steps of production flow. Make statistical evaluations and define corrective actions in collaboration with Management.
Suggest improvements of the WI's in order to reduce scrap and improve the performance of the finished product.
Improve the capacity for in-depth analysis and improvement of the process.
Continually support and train the Production staff on WI's, quality and process issues in cooperation with Management.
Perform final inspection of finished goods and perform defect analysis and pareto of defects.
Train backend personnel on quality defects and communicate defects
Create statistical analysis and reports on the quality of raw materials and finished product as required.
Utilize and maintain the supplied instruments of measurement according to WI and safety standards.
Monitor and audit operations, suggesting improvements to the tools of quality control used in the production line (vision systems, EL test, Sun Simulator, HiPOT, etc.) and in the QA room.
Manage, maintain, and calibrate the instruments of measurement in the production line and in the QA room.
Prepare reference modules for the calibration of solar simulator in collaboration with PTs and TLs.
Produce, in collaboration with the certified laboratories, "Master Modules" as required.
Suggest measures that will improve the traceability of the finished product.
Liaise with suppliers and customers when required.
In collaboration Management, produce and maintain all documentation required for the Quality manual in respecting the ISO standards.

The QA position is essential for ensuring GMP compliance in the qualification, validation, control strategy and startup of operations to ensure regulatory approval of the facility. Electronic batch records with high integration and focus on data integrity will be utilized to confirm manufacturing production.
Support the site in the development and execution of the site readiness plan with focus on supporting development of the site e-release process and startup of new systems
Performs final batch disposition of semi-finished and/or finished drug product and combination product batches, to ensure high quality medicine (GMP Compliance) is released to market in a timely manner
Effectively own/review/approve GMP documents to ensure quality attributes are met (i.e.: Deviations, procedures, protocols, specifications, and change controls)

Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in STEM
Experience working in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry in QA roles
Previous batch disposition experience
Ability to make technical decisions, provide guidance to the site
Proficiency with applicable computer systems
Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team
Root cause analysis/troubleshooting skills
Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to maintain quality systems
Previous regulatory inspection readiness and inspection execution experience

Qualifications
