Responsibilities
As a Warehouse/Driver associate, you will perform a variety of duties required to offer our customers world class service and support. Perform various warehouse duties to receive and verify incoming materials, maintain stock areas, prepare sales orders, pick up and deliver orders, stock, and supplies. Verify merchandise and ensure accuracy
Work from a daily schedule, work orders, verbal and written instructions
Use motor truck, hand and mobile lift equipment, simple hand and power tools, weighing scales, postage meters
Operate company vehicle to pick up and deliver orders, equipment, and mail as required. Sort assignments and arrange most efficient route
Assist in counter and telephone sales, order pulling, customer calls as needed
Maintain clean driving record
Requirements
1+ yr+ proven customer service / warehouse experience, ideally in a distribution or parts counter environment
Basic computer skills, accurate data entry skills, math & mechanical aptitude, basic reading skills
Use of proper English grammar, written and verbal
Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR)
Ability to stand for extended periods of time, walk, bend and regular lifting of 50 lbs. or more

Work is performed under general supervision and is checked by observation to ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
Nature and Scope of Position (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):
Support and incorporate the Cooperative's Mission, Vision and Values in personal and professional behavior and decisions; models enthusiastic behavior.
Comply with all Cooperative policies, procedures, goals and objectives and meets attendance and punctuality guidelines.
Understand, observe and enforce the cooperative's safety and security procedures and reports potentially unsafe conditions to department supervisor and/or safety department personnel.
Climb and/or fell trees in order to remove branches which are interfering or have the potential to interfere with electric power lines. Mow, trim, or cut as is necessary to clear right-of-way. Dispose of waste and brush appropriately.
Safely operate a chain saw and other cutting equipment required to perform right-of-way clearance. Operate other equipment such as company vehicle, brush chipper, Ariel bucket truck, skid steer and tractor and observe all safety practices.
Treat members and the general public with respect and display professional and courteous member relations. Notify homeowners when right-of-way crews are working in a given area through the placement of door knockers or other approved notification methods approved by the cooperative.
Properly place appropriate road signs, traffic cones, barricades and rotating beacons along the right-of-way on highways and roads and flag traffic when required.
Perform work after regular working hours and on Saturdays, Sundays, and company-observed holidays and respond quickly to all outage and emergency situations when requested.
Performs other related work in addition to other duties as may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience

What You'll Be Doing

INCOG serves as the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for transportation planning; the designated Economic Development District; the Area Agency on Aging; and the administrator of a host of local, state, and federal programs.
INCOG provides member organizations with planning and coordination services to assist in creating solutions to local and regional challenges. * Must possess a strong understanding of regional planning, transportation, environmental policy, and community development.
* Must possess proven ability to manage diverse teams and foster an inclusive work environment.
* Critical abilities include excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.
* Demonstrated capacity to manage employees in a large public sector agency.
Salary and Benefits
The expected hiring range for the position is $180,000 to $190,000 based on qualifications and experience. Purpose:

Physical demands and conditions under which the work is performed:
The Nursery Technician is expected to work under all types of weather conditions. Various types of motor skills are used in walking, climbing, bending, reaching, and lifting to carry out assigned tasks. Movement over uneven ground and through all types of topographic conditions is necessary. The Nursery Technician must be physically able to work in extreme weather conditions. Some tasks are performed around farm machinery and other specialized equipment. This position requires the ability to complete all of the physical demands of the tasks assigned.

The Nursery Technician is an entry-level position that does not require any prior job experience.

Participate in training and development activities to gain proficiency in other Fulfillment workflow areas.

Assist in maintaining inventory at appropriate levels, including removing expired or unused meds, marking used bottles and keeping inventory neat and arranged in-order. May assist in physical inventory.
Consistently meet pharmacy's established accuracy and productivity levels.
Work collaboratively with other supervisors/functional areas to keep work flowing smoothly and efficiently.
Maintain clean and orderly workstation. Put medications away and replenish all stock supplies needed.
Comply with local, state, and federal laws, regulations, and policies pertaining to the dispensing of prescription medications.

Education and Certifications:
High School Diploma or GED (per state requirements)
Pharmacy Technician license/certification/registration (per state requirements); National Certification preferred (PTCB)
