Required:

Strong knowledge of tools such as HP ALM/Quality Center, JIRA, Rally

Prior experience implementing process improvements in support of testing or software development such as risk based testing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills interact across all levels from junior members to senior management
Support all the ATM Operations from the operational compliance, servicing, reconciliation, performance and implementation.
Should be familiar with deployment and configuration of ATM hardware and software.
Analyze logs of incoming and outgoing ATM activities.
