We have full -time day and night shifts available. Shifts are 12-hours, 3 days per week with every other rotating weekend. Day shift is 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, night shift is 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Provide and coordinate care by assessing patients' physical and behavioral health needs.

Document accurate count of controlled substance medication administration on required documents.
