The impact
As Method's Head of Customer Success, you'll architect and execute the post-sales engine that drives Method's growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll build world-class customer relationships while establishing the systems, processes, and teams that transform our high-growth fintech product into a predictable, scalable revenue driver.

About the Role
The RelationshipManager is responsible for the successful stewardship of association relationships, active pursuit of new relationships, successful onboarding of new clients, and management of initiatives and operations. This role will be responsible for the growth, profitability, and client satisfaction of a book of businesses containing complex priority accounts. They will serve as a subject matter expert and a senior individual contributor.
The Day-to-Day
Maintain and deepen relationships with assigned associations, conduct annual reviews and ensure successful implementation of services and achievement of operating goals.
Assist with departmental and cross-departmental process improvements to boost operational efficiency and results.
Monitor, plan, and appraise job results for assigned responsibilities.
Contribute to the development and refinement of workflows.
Serve as an escalation point and knowledge resource for internal and external clients.
Deliver value by aligning client strategies with the company's offerings and capabilities.
Manage and expand client relationships, pursue new business opportunities, and broaden the product/service portfolio held by clients.
Proactively lead recruitment and outreach efforts by initiating discovery calls, cultivating board and executive leadership relationships, and identifying opportunities to strengthen association engagement and long-term partnership value.
Uncover and operationalize additional marketing and distribution opportunities.

Requirements:
Associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or client relations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to make sound judgments in demanding situations.
Ability to work independently, make decisions, meet deadlines, multi-task and solve problems.
Demonstrated performance excellence and leadership qualities in previous positions.
25% to 50% travel.
This role is remote, but is required to be located in the state of California.

What you'll need:

* 6+ hours of accounting or equivalent graduate-level coursework
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Previous banking experience and knowledge of bank products
* Proficient in Microsoft applications
Additional Preferred Skills:
* GPA of 3.0 or better in your major
* Undergraduate or graduate coursework emphasizing financial statement analysis
