About the Role
The Senior Manager of Data Analytics & Business Intelligence (BI) will lead a high-performing team of data professionals. This role requires a strong leader with a deep technical background, sharp business acumen, and a passion for leveraging modern AI technologies to drive business outcomes. Compensation:

To qualify for the role, you must have
Bachelor's degree required (4-year degree) in Engineering, Advanced Data Analytics, or a related technical or scientific field with prior consulting experience required.

At least 8 years of relevant experience in data analytics, data governance, or data strategy, preferably in the oil & gas industry.
Strong understanding of Data Governance principles.
Experience with Enterprise IT Architecture.
Deep knowledge of data governance, including data quality frameworks, stewardship models, compliance, and policy creation.

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $144,000 to $329,100. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $172,800 to $374,000. What will you do?
Technical Operations & Support
Provide Tier 3-4 technical support for servers, business applications, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure).
Support and maintain systems and networks to ensure high performance and service reliability across broadcast and IT environments.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of operating systems and key applications to support planning, testing, and implementation of technical initiatives. Evaluate user needs and contribute to continuous improvement.
Work closely with IT Help Desk to ensure an open line of communication between local office resources and the IT Help Desk to improve end user customer service levels.
Serve on special committees, work groups, project teams, or escalation teams related to various firmwide IT initiatives. Initiatives may be specific one-time events (e.g., research, testing, rollouts, upgrades, installations) or ongoing activities.
Monitor and manage system updates, patching, and infrastructure documentation.
