They must be capable of developing strong relationships with their clients, deeply understanding their clients marketing objectives, creating and executing on strategic business plans to achieve those objectives, and ultimately maximizing the business opportunity for their clients and Cardlytics. The Partner Lead is responsible for owning and growing a book of existing business. Within the Partner Lead's book of business, their key focus areas will be maintaining and growing client and agency relationships, identifying and closing upsell opportunities, and managing annual renewals. They will also need to partner with internal stakeholders such as Analytics and Product to deliver effectively and efficiently on business plans and performance solutions. From a tactical standpoint, they will work in partnership with internal teams to ensure successful and accurate campaign implementation and contractual obligations are met. Cardlytics is seeking a Partner Lead to join our team, reporting to the Industry Lead. You will: Develop a business plan including strategies and tactics to grow existing accounts by deepening engagement with current stakeholders and identifying additional budget owners Leverage customer purchase data to proactively align tailored solutions to business needs, identifying clients business challenges and opportunities Apply your experience in sales to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets Hold biweekly client check-ins and conduct ongoing discovery to stay aligned with evolving KPIs Utilize high-impact questioning to confirm solution alignment and proactively surface insights that help predict churn risk Uncover business challenges and deliver measurable performance and ROI that positions our solutions as a profit-driving partner rather than a cost center Build effective relationships with brand-side stakeholders at all levels, becoming a trusted advisor You have: 6+ years of managing a book of business, driving strategic learning agendas, and building high value internal and external relationships Experience in compelling data-backed storytelling and recommendations and experience managing forecasts and achieving goals Data-driven selling experience, comfortable analyzing performance metrics, market trends, and basic statistical data to identify and pursue high-value prospects Experience in executive-level influence, adept at engaging multiple stakeholders, aligning cross-functional teams, and navigating conflicting agendas to win new business Established expertise in preparing and presenting business reviews that highlight measurable outcomes, leveraging financial acumen to communicate value and growth opportunities to senior client decision-makers You are: A data-driven seller (preferably with marketing experience), comfortable with business performance metrics and basic statistical analysis A superior relationship builder and exceptional consultative seller with a passion and hunger to win A collaborator who will partner across external and internal teams to drive revenue and expand adoption of Cardlytics' solutions by our customers Data driven and accountable for quarterly and annual revenue goals, pipeline management, and growth Able to coordinate multiple resources, priorities, and deadlines, while keeping an eye on the strategic objective A strategic thinker who focuses on larger, longer-term issues and defines evolving future opportunities, integrating your client's initiatives and their implications Curious and passionate for any opportunity to statistically prove the bottom-line profitability of advertising Technical Environment We primarily use mac OS and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
