The Large CNC Machinist will: Must be able to demonstrate basic machinist aptitude including the ability to: read blueprints Accurately use measuring tools (micrometers, indicators, calipers, etc.) Make minor adjustments to tooling and CNC code Make frequent and complicated set-ups Run both CNC and manual lathes Run large horizontal boring mills and planer mills, both CNC and manual Strong candidates for this position will meet the following expectations: 5 years of machining experience with an emphasis on CNC machining Experience with 5S or workplace organization is a plus Demonstrates expertise in maintaining precise accuracy and meeting tight tolerances on large, complex components Work to close tolerances Willing to work overtime as needed Butech Bliss offers a competitive benefits package which includes medical insurance premium at no cost to the employee, $2,500 deductible and 100% paid once deductible is met, dental and vision insurance, 401K with employer match up to 4%, generous paid vacation, an opportunity for raises every 6 months, and much more.
