Provide Level I technical support and assist with day-to-day IT operations while the Senior Technician is on leave. This role will focus on supporting end-users, maintaining hardware/software, and ensuring smooth IT functionality within the corporate office.
Responsibilities:
Level I Support:
Respond to and resolve basic technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
PC Imaging & Deployment:
Image PCs and configure user profiles as part of the Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration project.
Ensure proper installation of required applications and security updates.
Hardware Setup & Moves:
Perform PC moves, setups, and cable management within the corporate office.
Verify workstation functionality after relocation.
Peripheral & Device Support:
Troubleshoot and set up printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
Assist with mobile device configuration if needed.
User Assistance:
Provide hands-on support for employees in the corporate office.
Offer guidance on basic IT best practices and system usage.
Documentation & Inventory:
Maintain accurate records of hardware deployments and moves.
Update asset inventory as devices are imaged or relocated.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with Windows 10/11 environments.
Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, connectivity troubleshooting).

Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled

Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE: This position is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users within the organization. This position's primary objective is to ensure the efficient and effective operation of computer systems, hardware, and software. This role involves troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving IT-related issues, as well as assisting in the implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responds to IT support requests from end-users, providing timely and effective solutions. Assist users with hardware and software-related issues, troubleshooting problems, and resolving technical issues.
Installs, configures, and maintains computer hardware, software, and peripherals. Conducts regular maintenance checks and updates to ensure optimal performance.
Assists in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment. Troubleshoots network connectivity issues and assists in the resolution of network- related problems.
Maintains accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, procedures, and configurations. Creates user guides and manuals to facilitate end-user understanding of IT resources.
Collaborates with other IT team members to address complex technical issues and projects. Works closely with IT management to implement technology solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Researches and recommends new information technologies to enhance agency operations.
Installs, configures and administers with agency applications.
All CCSO employees are considered essential emergency workers and are subject to working in any capacity/hours deemed necessary by the Agency during activations, including but not limited to, in-County and out-of-County deployments.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
Familiarity with operating systems, including Windows and iOS
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are preferred
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Must have the ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50lbs
Must be able to able to assist for extended periods of time and tolerate repetitive hand movements
Ability to drive an agency vehicle to multiple sites
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
Valid Florida Driver's License
If a current CCSO employee, then no disciplinary actions within the last 12 months and completion of current position time commitment requirement.

Position Summary
Store Support serves as a Counter Sales Representative and a backup Class B Driver for our store location. When you are in the store you will help provide product knowledge and technical expertise to our customers. Occasionally you will be asked to use your Class B CDL (with HazMat endorsement) to drive and deliver our cylinders and hardgoods to customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Counter Sales:
Assist in all phases of store operations.
Provide customers with an additional level of product knowledge and technical expertise.
Completes paperwork accurately and promptly according to company policies and procedures.
Assumes the responsibilities of the Store Manager position when the Store Manager is absent.
Serves as primary in-house contact for major customer base served by branch store.
For selected accounts, offers special prices or discounts based on specific guidelines and in certain circumstances, negotiates payment form.
Assists branch store sales staff in selling function and sales team in working up quotes.
Responds to customer complaints by resolving the issue according to company policy.
Serves as a support staff for outside sales.
Labels products, stocks shelves, assembles machinery, conducts demonstrations, and arranges displays to enhance marketability.
Help as needed in the warehouse with cylinders and inventory.
Assists in maintaining a clean and neat store appearance.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Class B Driver Portion:
Performs pre and post-trip vehicle inspections, documenting deficiencies and ensures all safety items are in good working order.
Safely delivers hard goods orders and cylinders containing compressed gases to customers; returns empty cylinders to the plant for refilling.
Maintains load manifests and all other vehicle documents, ensuring they are properly completed and balanced with truck counts and shipping documents before and after deliveries.
Establishes and maintains good customer relations by communicating in person with customers, providing information on cost, ordering and delivery times, etc.
Identifies and monitors customer needs and works with them to maintain proper hard good and cylinder levels to minimize or eliminate emergency deliveries.
Operates a forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment.
Ensure all safety rules are strictly observed.
Complies with all DOT and OSHA regulations.
Maintains appropriate driver's licenses and endorsements.
Maintains neat, clean, and professional personal appearance, and maintains vehicle appearance in a professional manner.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Customer service/sales experience
Possess or has the ability to learn about welding, gases and hardgoods. Prior welding/gas experience preferred but not required.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Must meet all physical qualification standards imposed by regulations for drivers.
Strong verbal communication skills, self-motivated, sense of urgency, well-organized, ability to achieve goals, and ability to focus and pay attention to detail.
Ability to analyze a customer's situation and help resolve customer problems.
Team player with positive attitude.
No at-fault accidents or moving violations in the previous 3 years.
Ability to read and comprehend Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
Ability to work independently and under some pressure to meet deadlines.
Must be able to work overtime when necessary.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1 year of driving experience or driving school training in the past 4 years.
Class B CDL with HazMat endorsement and airbrakes (or ability to obtain HazMat endorsement within 60 days of hire).
Industry and related product knowledge, as well as experience handling compressed gases, preferred.
Computer experience or basic knowledge of computer order entry systems.
