Job Summary
The responsibilities of this role are to to assist in the designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise end-user technology solutions that enable a secure, productive, and collaborative workplace. This role manages endpoint platforms, device lifecycle, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), telephony systems, videoconferencing systems and productivity tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint. They ensure optimal end-user experience through effective endpoint management, collaboration tool integration, telephony support, system automation, and adherence to security and compliance standards. This position works closely with IT support, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver seamless digital workplace services. They may also be involved in the planning and implementation of new infrastructure projects and upgrades.
This role is based at our WHQ in Buffalo, NY.
Key Accountabilities and Outcomes
* Assist in designing, deploying and managing endpoint platforms and thin clients for Windows, mac OS, and mobile devices.
* Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise device and mobile management solutions (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Jamf).
* Oversee VDI environments (Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, etc) to support remote and hybrid work.
* Manage and support enterprise collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online.
* Manage enterprise telephony systems, including VoIP, PBX, and cloud-based telephony platforms.
* Configure and support Microsoft Teams Phone System and other unified communications solutions like Cisco call managers.

Knowledge, Experience and Skills
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* 3-5 years in IT infrastructure or end-user computing roles, with at least 2+ years in EUC, collaboration, telephony, or videoconferencing engineering.
* Deep understanding of EUC technologies including Windows 10/11, mac OS, iOS, and Android platforms.
* Strong knowledge of enterprise device management tools (Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Jamf, Workspace ONE).
* Expertise in Microsoft 365 services: Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Power Platform.

COMPENSATION
