This work group is responsible for design protection and control relaying applications for substations (new and existing). Design projects range from the routine equipment modifications and installations to the complete design of new transmission facilities. Utilizes a variety of tools and techniques to complete an engineering design, including current design specifications, pertinent code manuals, computer aided design/drafting software, and other reference sources.
