Engineer II - requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in environmental, civil, hydraulic, agricultural or water resource engineering, and two years engineering experience directly related to the field in which the position is assigned. An advanced degree may substitute for a portion of the required experience. Physical Requirements/Working Environment: Mostly office environment sitting at a desk and operating a personal computer to produce work products with some field visits as required. Periodic field visits: Applicant must have ability to endure outdoor environments in uncomfortable temperatures, inclement weather, and remote locations.
