Reporting to the Director EH&S, the EH&S Engineer will be responsible of developing, implementing and monitoring company environmental safety programs and policies to ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
What a typical day looks like:
Consults with all departments on design and use of equipment, fire prevention and safety programs.
Examines plans and specifications for new machinery or equipment to define if all safety precautions have been included.
Tours plant to inspect fire and safety equipment, machinery, and facilities to identify and correct potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Define requirements for safety clothing and devices, and designs, builds, and installs or directs installation of safety devices on machinery.
Conducts or coordinates safety training to educate workers about emergency acknowledge, safety policies, laws and practices.
Investigates industrial accidents to minimize recurrence and prepares accident reports.
Conducts air quality tests for presence of harmful gases and vapors.
In charge of identifying health and safety hazards and recommending corrective actions.
Serves as internal consultant to business units on ergonomics, hazardous materials, industrial hygiene and fire and chemical safety matters.
Audits business units.
Interfaces with outside vendors, contractors and engineers regarding facilities, chemicals and other workplace health and safety related matters.
Compiles and submits safety reports.
Administers workers compensation, OSHA 300 log and return to work program.
The experience we're looking to add to our team,
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Environment or Health Sciences or equivalent experience in EH&S and knowledge of related regulations, codes, and guidelines.
+5 years of related experience in EH&S or related position.

As a member of the GRAEF Plumbing Team, your responsibilities may include:
* Design and analyze plumbing and fire protection systems for various types of facilities. You will be responsible for calculating building loads for all plumbing systems, selecting equipment, laying out piping, creating and editing project details, and writing and editing project specifications. This includes domestic water, sanitary waste/vent, medical gas, storm drainage, and other specialty systems.
* Produce plumbing construction documents and perform computer-aided drafting using Revit.
* Collaborate with team members across all disciplines from concept through construction.
* Attend client and team meetings.
* Manage projects from conception through construction, ensuring quality control and technical excellence.
* Represent the firm in client-facing roles and contribute to strategic planning and business development.
* Manage work plans and deliverables on multiple projects within budgeted hours.
We are considering candidates who possess the following minimum qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or architectural engineering.
* Professional Engineer (PE) license or Certified Plumbing Designer (CPD) certification.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing and fire protection system design for commercial, office, healthcare, hospitality, educational, institutional, industrial, and other similar building types.
* Understanding of NFPA 99, ASHRAE 170, and the FGI Guidelines as they specifically apply to hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, and medical office buildings.
* Experience in design of Medical Gas systems is preferred.
* Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office products.
* Strong communication skills, ability to work independently, excellent organization and time management skills, and experience managing projects and teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Your Role on Our Team:
As an MLOps Engineer at Milwaukee Tool, you will lead the design, deployment, and governance of our machine learning operations. You'll work closely with and empower ML engineers and data scientists across teams using Databricks, Azure, Citrine and AWS to unify and streamline model development, deployment, and monitoring. This is a hands-on role with broad technical ownership and the opportunity to shape our MLOps strategy and tooling from scratch.
