Develop, update and monitor job progress using QMS program, including scheduling, estimating and budgeting to ensure that construction of project parallels with schedule. Qualifications: * A four year degree in engineering, manufacturing, business or related field experience in manufacturing for a minimum of six years. * Manufacturing/engineering experience in an agile/lean/JIT or DFT environment. * Technical/management experience in plant maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment with a focus on machine capability and process capability studies. * Problem solving skills in 8-D, FMEA, Taguchi methods(statistical approach), Cause- and-Effect analysis, flowcharting techniques, pareto analysis, root cause analysis, proact training, * Good communication Skills. * Purchasing and material management experience * Time study methods and standards methodology (Industrial Engineering) experience * Experience in manufacturing quality programs, i.e., ISO, TQM, or Six Sigma.
