The entire frame work for creating these custom tests is developed using a SMT solver and custom software code to guide the solution space into templated scenarios. Role description

Participates in and successfully passes the proficiency testing. May be instrumental participant in a certified microbiological laboratory. Is responsible for sample collection, sample analysis and reporting of compliance data to the EPA/DHH/DEQ. Analyzes waters for the presence of pathogens and other bacteria. Coordinates with Operation's personnel to optimize plant performance. Performs other duties as assigned or required.
Maintains job safety standards (personal protection equipment, best laboratory practices, etc.); complies with City of Shreveport vehicle safety rules. Regularly attends required safety, job related and certification training as required.
Minimum Qualifications
1). A bachelor's degree in chemistry, microbiology, biology or a closely related field.
2). Facility with form perception to recognize physical and chemical differences in materials and eye-hand coordination.
3). Possess data handling skills, including facility with Microsoft Office or similar programs, generating emails, as well as laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
4). Ability to prepare written reports and perform basic mathematical calculations accurately.
5). Valid State Vehicle Operator's license.
6). Ability to become knowledgeable of quantitative laboratory analysis including legal chain of custody and quality control.
7).Amiss Plant Assignment - Hold or be able to obtain Class 2 Water Production, Water Treatment and Water Distribution Certificates issued by the State of Louisiana, Dept. of Health and Hospitals within 3 years.

Job Duties
Performs gross examinations, dissection and description of tissues receive under the direct and indirect supervision of an Anatomic Pathologist and/or Pathologist Assistant
Ensures proper labeling of all specimens received; provides troubleshooting when there is a discrepancy.
Assists with frozen sections and fresh tissue triage with specimen division as needed.
Trans and educates laboratory personnel and residents in the processing of surgical tissues and post-mortem examinations as needed.
Collects and summarizes quality assurance data for reporting as needed.
Maintains autopsy database including cataloging of evidence and communicating with funeral homes regarding disposition of bodies as needed.
Participates in the development, implementation and maintenance of surgical pathology protocols.
Other related duties as required.

Job Description
The Wildlife Damage Management Technician conduct wildlife damage management services and activities using traps, snares, chemicals, tools, firearms and related equipment.
Responsibilities
Obtains agreements from landowners, ranchers, or administrators prior to conducting wildlife damage management services on private lands.
May be required to contact adjacent landowners or residents to advise of impending wildlife damage management activities.
Maintains rapport and makes regular contact with cooperators. Incumbent will use a variety of various control devices, chemicals, tools, firearms, and related equipment utilized in wildlife and avian damage management operations.
Prepares baits and lures and sets control devices such as snares, traps, etc. in accordance with standard operating procedures.
Performs simple, repetitive tasks requiring only a basic familiarity of biological, agricultural, and wildlife damage management operations.
Conducts all operations in accordance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
Is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and safekeeping of tools, supplies, and equipment. When using M-44 or other toxic materials, must maintain records pursuant to the state pesticide statutes and regulations and Environmental Protection Agency use restrictions.
Participates as a gunner or ground crew member in aerial hunting activities as authorized by cooperative agreements and in accordance with state ad federal regulations.
Maintains weekly contact with the District Supervisor to report wildlife damage management activities in assigned area.
Uses GPS to identify the location of set traps, snares and M-44s.
Demonstrates a respect for safety in all operations, including the operation of motor vehicles, firearms, control devises, and toxicants.
Conducts duties in a safe and orderly manner, so as not to endanger self, fellow workers, the general public or property.
Prepares routine and basic records of daily activities, observations, field conditions,or contacts made for purposes of exchanging factual information.
Prepares management information system (MIS) documents weekly or as required. Documents must be prepared accurately and submitted timely.
