Systems Engineer The System Engineer provides expert-level technical support for the operation, maintenance, testing, and modification of assigned systems and programs. Reviews performance of assigned systems, components, and programs and recommends changes regarding operation, maintenance, or testing. Performs engineering work pertaining to the system protection, controls systems, and transmission planning of Rayburn Country Electric Cooperative, Inc.'s (Rayburn) transmission system. Plans and coordinates checkout of new facilities provides engineering support to technicians, and designs modifications to improve existing facilities.
