The selected candidate will lead analytical efforts to develop and apply advanced mathematical modeling, statistical analysis, and optimization methods to improve decision-making, policy formulation, and strategic planning within a complex defense environment. Responsibilities Develop and implement advanced mathematical and statistical models to analyze operational, financial, and technical data. Provide quantitative and qualitative insights to support high-level decision-making and strategic planning. Evaluate and optimize resource allocation, process efficiency, and system performance. Lead analytical teams in developing data-driven recommendations that improve mission outcomes. Translate analytical results into actionable guidance for senior leadership and technical stakeholders. Support the development and management of budgets, cost models, and performance metrics. Integrate operations research techniques into organizational processes to enhance readiness and efficiency. Requirements Active Top Secret security clearance is required. Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years supporting Department of Defense (DoD) sensor technologies and systems. Master's degree in Engineering, Technical, Business, or Computer Science/Information Technology discipline, or approved substitution. Demonstrated experience in quantitative analysis, modeling, or simulation in a defense or federal environment.
