This position is responsible for driving continuous improvement in Quality Management System across the organization. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop dashboards and reporting tools for improved decision-making. o Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements within Quality and Food Safety software. o Develop and refine document control, specification management, and statistical process control systems to enhance data accuracy and usability. o Collaborate with QA leadership to develop best practices for data collection, analysis, and reporting. o Analyze trends in Quality and Food Safety data to support process improvement recommendations. o Stay updated on software developments and ensure systems are used efficiently. • Cultural & Engagement Initiatives: o Develop and Improve Quality Onboarding/Training Program of QA Leaders to ensure alignment with Quality Management System (QMS) requirements. o Develop and implement a quality and food safety culture toolkit, including onboarding, engagement initiatives, and reward/recognition programs. o Support change management efforts related to new system implementations and upgrades. o Work with QA Directors and Food Safety teams to ensure policies and procedures in SharePoint are up to date and effectively communicated. • Audit & Risk Management Improvements: o Assist Quality Assurance Managers in enhancing the effectiveness of audit corrective action processes, such as CAPA trend reports. o Strengthen customer and supplier-based risk mitigation strategies by improving data utilization and reporting. • Strategic Collaboration & Leadership: o Partner with Business Intelligence teams to enhance compliance reporting and data visualization in SAP Analytics Cloud. o Collaborate with leadership to develop long-term strategies for system improvements and digital transformation. o Assist the QA and Food Safety Director in executing long-term strategic initiatives related to Quality Systems. o Act as a backup for other team members when needed. • Performs all other duties as assigned. Minimum Job Requirements: Education/Certifications and Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field, or equivalent experience. PCQI Certificate required. • Prior experience with Quality and Food Safety software management is preferred. Assist in conceptual model va lidation of JSE to identify inherent capabilities and limitations of the JSE federation architecture and modeling approach. Assess the impact of JSE capabilities and limitations on use of JSE for OT&E. Provide detailed assessments on the adequacy of NAVAIR and JPO JSE V&V plans and reports to support accreditation of the JSE for its intended use during OT&E. Analyze JSE models as implemented within the JSE architecture to ensure it replicates aircraft installed system level performance, and shall address the credibility of federates, grouping of federates, sub-federations, and the overall JSE federation Evaluate the capabilities and limitations to include recorded data of JSE federates, and V&V methods. The Data Analyst/Translator (Japanese) serves a dual role supporting communication between Aisan expatriates and FPI staff through professional interpretation and translation, while also performing analytical functions related to production data, inventory, quality, and corporate reporting. This individual ensures accurate language support and data integrity within manufacturing and corporate environments. Essential Functions Translation & Interpretation Interpret during on-site/off-site meetings and on the production floor. Translate technical and general documents as requested. Assist expatriates and their families with U.S. transition needs, including medical appointments, housing, banking, and government documentation (e.g., Social Security Cards, Driver's Licenses). Provide accurate, impartial, and confidential interpretation. Maintain and set up translation equipment (e.g., headsets) and support plant tours and VIP visits. Data Analysis Prepare recurring reports including: Monthly QASPAS, Labor, and Scrap Reports, Preliminary Scrap Reports (bi-monthly), INFOR Hung Entries Reports (end-of-month/PI), MFG Database Updates and MAPV reports, MFG Manning and Scrap Budgets.
