Lead, mentor and develop a high performing team of 5-8 demand, supply and materials planning professionals ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. Own and facilitate the demand planning cycle within the S&OP process through collaboration with senior leaders across Marketing, Sales, Finance and Supply chain to align on consensus forecasts and business assumptions. Provide executive-level insights and recommendations through robust analysis of demand trends, risks, and opportunities. Influence inventory, service, and revenue outcomes. Own and facilitate the supply and inventory plans in conjunction with demand plans and manufacturing capacity to meet business goals. Conduct analysis and present recommendations and findings related to supply plans, inventory levels/days of supply, service level, slow moving and obsolete inventory, and other key supply chain measures to all levels of management. Qualifications We need you to have: BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance or related field. 10+ years of related professional and progressive experience in Supply & Demand Planning. Prior team management experience combined with a proven track record of developing, coaching and mentoring a diverse supply chain team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and the ability to communicate and influence at all levels within the organization. Self-directed with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple accountabilities and multiple internal customers. Strong analytical skills as well as organizational skills with high attention to detail and a proactive problem-solver. Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with business partners. Must be team oriented with the ability to work on high collaboration and performance teams. Experience in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel. Proficient in Logility or other Supply and Demand software solutions. Proficient in SAP. Ability to travel on a limited basis.
