    We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team and manage various financial tasks. This role involves handling accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, and managing vendor payments through ACH. The position offers flexibility with a mix of onsite and remote work options after an initial training period. Responsibilities + Forward job invoices to the Project Coordinator for processing. + Print and post subcontractor invoicing. + Print non-job invoices, pay, and/or record ACH. + Save subcontractor certified payrolls in project files. + Initiate ACH Vendor payments after email notification. + Allocate GL for each credit card line item and reconcile. + Manage health insurance, gas cards, and business insurance. + Post monthly accounts receivable per job. + Scan and record AR checks per general contractor and project. + Calculate and pay subcontractors and vendors related to payment per project. + Enter project change orders and budgets, and write change orders to subcontractors if necessary. + Enter job invoices and reconcile statements. + Pay discountable vendors by the 10th of each month. + Enter all checks into the bank's Positive Pay system. + Perform monthly bank reconciliation for all accounts. + Conduct annual audits for worker's comp. + Handle 401k annual reconciliation and Form 5500 submission. + Manage W2s, W3s, and 1099 forms. + Manage insurance policies and enrollment. + Process new employees into systems.
