Full-time Description
RMWBH is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join the firm's established and growing corporate and securities practice in our Galleria Office. As part of the corporate and securities team, our attorneys routinely handle a variety of complex matters including, but not limited to, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, recapitalizations, finance, entity structuring and formation, commercial contracts, joint ventures, and private offerings of securities. The candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in some or all of these areas. Corporate and securities experience for real estate investment companies is a plus but not required.
Beyond substantive experience, an ideal candidate should be a self-starter and be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Attention to detail is a must and excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
