Minimum Qualifications (with or without accommodation): Bartender experience required, preferably in a high-volume atmosphere Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food/alcohol certification, as required by state law Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds Good hearing for safety and accurate communication Must be able to read, write and speak in English Must have reliable transportation Our Bartenders are Responsible for: Providing our guests with the highest level of service standards to create new and repeat business and avoid guest complaints Creating stunning, handcrafted cocktails that align with brand recipes Promoting our products to guests by communicating with extensive product knowledge on food, beverage and promotional menus. Financial accountability during their shift, including consistent bar inventories to ensure balanced funds Ensuring our bars are ready to serve guests by stocking, opening and tapping all bar supplies Being aware of and abiding by food safety practices and liquor service laws, including not overserving guests or serving underage Guests.
