General Clerical: Under the general direction of the Practice Manager, Clinical Director and the provider the OB/GYN clinical assistant is responsible for the performance of clerical and administrative duties in the office, admission and collection of data on patients, assisting with appointment scheduling referral and treatment authorization processes. Works with OB/GYN team to perform clerical and administrative functions such as preparation of correspondence, electronic filing, data entry, faxing, scanning and copying. Assists with ordering and tracking of medical supplies. Travel to other office locations to support physician(s) as required.
