Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a BusinessManager II, Supervisor for SA - Finance and Administration Central Business Office. Reporting to the Director, Budgeting and Accounting, Division of Student Affairs and a member of the Division of Student Affairs central business office, this position oversees all financial, accounting, and business-related activities for the department of Student Centers and Activities, four Cultural Centers (Asian American, Paul Robeson, Social Justice and Equity, and Latino Arts and Culture), as well as the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs.
Among the key duties of the position are the following:
* Oversees a number of key areas including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, payroll approvals (student employees), purchasing (including contracts), externally generated revenues, and cash and credit card operations.
* Handles oversight and reconciliation of the division's event and programming software, Tix, which is used to manage major event and programming registration.
* Supervises a Business Specialist who supports the accounting, budgeting and business functions of the BusinessManager II.

* Supports the maintenance of shared files, student and scholar information, and the Canvas page with updated resources, announcements, and program materials.
* Assists with onboarding, documentation, and resource organization for student assistants and temporary staff as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

Launched in 2015, Bard Academy is a two-year high school program with courses designed and taught by college professors and leading to entry into college after the 10th grade. The Role:
