Essential Functions: RWJ/TRMC Dialysis NurseManager oversees daily dialysis operations, supervising nursing and technical staff, managing quality improvement QAPI programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, handling scheduling, and providing direct patient care when needed, all while focusing on high-quality, safe, and efficient renal care in a team-oriented setting,supervises, hires, orients, trains, and evaluates nursing and technical staff. Collaborates with physicians, dietitians, and social workers on individualized care plans. Monitors patient conditions and outcomes, reporting to physicians.
