Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Greet customers upon arrival, listen to their needs, and provide expert advice on the best vehicle to suit their lifestyle and budget.
Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the entire Ford and Lincoln lineup, including trim levels, engine performance, safety features, and technology packages
Vehicle Demonstration: Conduct professional walk-arounds and accompany customers on test drives to demonstrate vehicle capabilities and features.
Sales Process: Guide customers through the purchase process with transparency and integrity, from initial consultation to price negotiation and financing paperwork.
Vehicle Delivery: Ensure a seamless delivery process by ensuring the vehicle is detailed, gas tank is full, and the customer is comfortable with all technology and features before driving off the lot.
