This role will support CRM customization, integration using Power Platform tools, and contribute to data visualization efforts using PowerBI. The administrator will collaborate with other developers and cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM system aligns with business needs and supports strategic initiatives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned, as necessary. CRM Administration & Customization (50%) Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys). Maintain and improve customer-facing Power Pages / Power Apps portals. Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements. Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues. Integration & Reporting (30%) Utilize Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) for system integration, custom workflow development and automation. Support data integration between Dynamics365 Dataverse and other enterprise systems. Assist BI team in developing PowerBI reports and dashboards to support CRM business intelligence needs. Collaboration & Support (20%) Work with stakeholders and technical leadership to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Maintain and abide by corporate CRM change-management process. Act as primary end-user support professional for Marketing group. Provide training and documentation for end-users. Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure CRM alignment with organizational goals and enterprise architecture standards.
