Join the Digital Global Business Unit focused on delivering the best-in-class personalized digital experience to customers and patients powered by data-driven decisions. This role will focus specifically on the digital experience of patients and/or consumers who could benefit from sanofi specialty therapies. As part of the Patient Insights team, you will be accountable to provide the data, systems and analytical tools to identify and resolve issues encountered by patients/consumers on their health journey.
As the iCare Insights data analyst you will:
Create reporting-ready datasets on the Patient Journey and/or Patient Support Services workflows

Promote architectural consistency and usability standards; define and execute test cases
Proactively monitor industry, functional, and technology trends

About You
Core requirements
Bachelor's and/or Master's degree with at least 5 years of experience in Reporting, IT, or Digital Product Management with a focus on Data Management and Reporting
Ability to rapidly understand key business processes and their corresponding data flows
Proficiency in SQL
Proficiency in developing semantic data models, providing business descriptions for fields, measures (to be leveraged by different AI models)
Ability to work efficiently cross-functionally with:
Internal/external data engineers to test outcomes and recommend enhancements
Business stakeholders to pull through digital solutions
Proficiency in developing visual reports, KPI scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI
Knowledge of KPIs, hierarchies, and the understanding of data relationships
Frequent use of Gen-AI
Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and in writing
Preferred experience
Pharmaceutical and/or Patient Support Services experience
Salesforce/CRM knowledge

POSITION SUMMARY

Responsible for advancing enterprise-wide reporting capabilities to both internal and external partners, including but not limited to, data aggregators, drug manufacturers, payers, hubs, 3PL, clinical care teams, and executive management. The positions focus is in developing and delivering automated, highly accurate and timely reporting to all business partners through electronic data exchange, reports, dashboards. The role will work with various technology platforms warehousing patient enrollment, continuity of care, dispense, medical and pharmacy claim, prescriber, inventory, financial and other data. Summary
This resource will serve as part of SAP S4/HANA Finance IT BA team. This role will join the Lantheus SAP IT Business Partner team and focus on Group Reporting, Intercompany, AR, and AP configuration and WF set-up. This role will act as an intermediary between the financial business and technical community and translate business requirements into documentation and conceptual design from which applications and solutions are developed.

* Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP RTR Solution with heavy focus on AR, AP, Inter Company and Group Reporting

Well-versed in Cashflow, Balance sheet, Income statement reporting, exchange rate type & exchange rate indicators.
Local & Group close experience in S/4HANA, configuring flexible rules for data validation& Manual Top-up Adjustment for Elimination wherever needed
Work experience in configuring various document types, posting level, automatic reversal, Working knowledge in SAC Reporting
Familiar with U.S.GAAP & IFRS standards & reporting.

Requirements
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects. • Minimum of 5 years designing and configuring I/C, Group Reporting, AR & AP in SAP S4/HAN Cloud instance and SAC application.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
Understanding of accounting business processes
Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a can-do attitude - adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness
Experience leading SAP teams at a functional level including the creation of architecture standards, reference architectures and data models.

The pay range for this position is between $110,000 to $185,000 annually.
Actual base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Employees in this position are eligible for a discretionary performance-based cash incentive, and depending on the level of the role may be eligible for a discretionary annual equity award.
