    The Players Club Representative is an ambassador of the Star Rewards Club in providing accurate information and services for our guests while conducting enrollments, offer redemptions and promotions, through friendly high-quality service. Players Club Representative will answer internal and external phone calls; transfer calls to departments throughout the Casino; provide guests with general information about Casino amenities and services including outlet/venue hours of operation, point of contact, event room location, etc. Job Description Core Values & Expectations: * Treat all other co-workers with dignity and respect regardless of position. * Demonstrate dependability by calling-in only when necessary, showing up on time, being prepared to start your shift, and doing your job as described below. * Always be honest. Responsibilities: * Greet guests as they enter the casino; provide current information relative to player club membership, casino amenities, services, promotions, special events and off-site attractions. * Initiate new-member enrollments by actively pursuing non-members using approved methods. * Upon verification, enter guest data, in an accurate and efficient manner. * Identify and resolve the concerns of a guest relative to our services, special events or promotions. * Conduct transactions with guests by handling cash, processing memberships, coupons, drawing tickets, box office revenue and receipts. * Answer telephones and speak with guests and co-workers in a professional, courteous, knowledgeable and timely manner. * Answers incoming telephone calls, routing calls to appropriate person/department. * Assist in all special events and promotions. * Individual is expected to be aware of business activities and events as they relate to the department and the entire property. * Maintain a strong commitment to provide support for the casino's initiatives, programs, goals and special projects. * Performs other duties as assigned. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Introduce and promote the Player's Club. Explain the benefits of Player's Club (e.g. describe cash back/reward bucks, bonus points, redemption, award “levels”), assist players with membership application, set up player's account in OASIS, take player photos with digital camera, or scanning driver's license to get player's picture, print/reprint player cards and explain the use of multiple cards, and the operations of the card in the slot machines. Walk the casino floor enrolling “hot players” into the club. Exercise initiative, professionalism and courtesy when handling routine problems with guests and LDC employees. Generate excitement and provide personal attention to customers. Stock cabinets with promotional items and keeps work areas clean on a daily basis. Distribute promotional items (e.g. coupons, gifts, or player cards). Inform players of promotion booth location(s), promotions soon to start, in progress, or soon to end. Pay attention to detail. Write and prepare standard reports and documents. Maintain knowledge of all slot marketing activities and events on the property. Maintain knowledge of all games offered by the casino. Maintain knowledge of all advertising and casino marketing. Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information (e.g., guest/player information, financial data, casino player data, policies and marketing plans).
