PAY FREQUENCY: Weekly Pay SALARY: Starting at $16.25 The Production Associate plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process by assisting in the production of goods according to established standards and procedures. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions accurately, and a commitment to maintaining quality and efficiency in the production environment. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required. POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities as needed. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols in a manufacturing setting is a plus. Ability to maintain consistent attendance, arriving on time and prepared for all shifts, meetings, and appointments. Operate machinery and equipment under supervision, following safety protocols and procedures. Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines. Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance job skills and knowledge. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to safety, quality, and attendance. The working environment may involve exposure to loud noises, moving machinery, and various production materials. The role may require standing for extended periods and lifting or moving objects weighing up to a certain weight limit.
