Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social and digital media strategies on behalf of SCHEELS and vendors.
Actively seek opportunities to increase sales, traffic, conversion rates, and specific KPIs through analytic-driven recommendations
Identify, present, and execute opportunities to improve customer experience and return on ad spend across all marketing mediums (Meta, TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat etc)
Ability to manage and coordinate projects so that they are organized and delivered on time and on budget
Provide premiere customer service inclusive of our internal team and our social followers through engagement and response in a timely manner
Collaborate with others to create and execute content, contests, and campaigns
In partnership with the Social Media Leader, collaborate with our other partners, both internal and external, on related projects and initiatives
Passion for the retail space and social media, including finding inspiration from industry resources, leaders and competitors
Ability to accept and provide feedback for continued improvement, both personally and for the local store teams
Management across campaigns, ensuring what content is aligned with the overall agency message(s) and is relevant and approved for use
Advanced knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices

Education & Experience:

Position Summary The Associate Category Specialist is responsible for conducting research to identify and add new products within an assigned category. This role works closely with the Director of Merchandising and Senior Category Specialists to support product development, pricing analysis, and vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and excited about the automotive industry.
This position requires a solid understanding of how vehicles work, as well as basic automotive parts knowledge. The ability to distinguish between vehicle systems and components, and understand their compatibility and applications, is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
Work with other members of the team to identify new products and lines
Add new products to the inventory and update ERP system with accurate product information
Provide Copywriting and Photography teams with relevant product data and images
Research and recommend cross-sells and related parts for products in your category

Own the coating process: verify requirements, select the correct color, and mix precisely.
Set up and adjust spray equipment for consistent film build and high-quality finishes.

Move and stage components by hand and with hoist/crane or forklift.
Champion safe work practices, housekeeping, and step in as a paint line attendant when needed.
Pitch in with additional tasks that keep production on schedule.
What it takes
High school diploma or GED; or 6-12 months relevant experience/training; or an equivalent blend of both.
Comfortable with basic computers; eager to learn ERP processes.

Maintain control and ensure regulations to all import and export processes and monitor work according to corporate and local policies and evaluate all new custom requirements and supervise everyday operations according to standard procedures at minimum cost and time to get the shipment out in timely manner.

Handling imports and export orders, as shipment arrangement, customs clearance, and delivery. Followingthe SLA and service KPIs aligned to make sure delivery on time in full To deliver service level to each BU

Discuss SLA and service KPIs with each BU, lead the team on opportunities to improve the operational performance to provide good service to BUs
Running monthly shipment data and report to support mport & export to analyze the performance of supplier and the KPIs to BU
Provide regular cost information to stakeholders assigned. Help stakeholder on reports of related spending items of import and export
Familiar with ERP utilization and local manual system and do assigned transaction in ERP system and use the import and export management system to manage all orders.
Manage the performance of agents/forwarders, work with sourcing logistics on agents/forwarders selection
