TWB Company is seeking a Machine Operator to join our night shift team in Antioch, TN. This position is responsible for operating machinery to process steel components used in automotive manufacturing. Duties include setup, inspection, quality checks, material handling, and documentation. This is an entry-level, full-time position. No prior experience is required-on-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities
Operate production machinery in a safe and efficient manner
Follow written work orders, blueprints, and process specifications
Set up and adjust machines for production runs
Perform first-piece and in-process inspections
Identify and report quality issues or material defects
Accurately complete required documentation and labels
Move, tag, and stage materials and finished goods
Assist with routine maintenance and housekeeping
Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
Minimum Requirements:
Valid driver's license
Ability to read and comprehend work instructions and safety guidelines
Basic math, reading, and writing skills
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED
Forklift operation experience
Familiarity with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures)

CPR/First Aid training (provided on site if not already certified)

Under general supervision, the Machine Operator 1 sets up and operates production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. POSITION SUMMARY:
The Machine Operator position is responsible for ensuring the continuing safe and efficient production process for the Morristown facility, including the set-up, validation and operation of automatic packaging equipment that produces wet wipes.

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Machine Operator position is responsible for ensuring the continuing safe and efficient production process for the Morristown facility, including the set-up, validation and operation of automatic packaging equipment that produces wet wipes.
ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
• Support the production and packaging of finished goods.
• Operate, troubleshoot, adjust, repair, and maintain production equipment to get maximum performance and efficiency.
• Ensure the safe and efficient production of a quality product in an FDA-regulated facility. Follow cGMP procedures.
• Utilize JD Edwards, Factory Talk, Docushare, and DSI scan guns to safely produce quality products to customer specifications.

Job Summary and Mission
Describe the purpose of the job Operate multiple Stahli or Blanchard grinding machines to produce high-quality products in accordance with blueprint specifications and production standards. Key Job Responsibilities
These describe the job duties - Set up and operate top and bottom grinding machines, including Stahli 605 and 702 models. - Install, change, and dress grinding wheels as required. - Determine required stock removal while maintaining tolerance specifications. - Gauge inserts to ensure dimensional accuracy. - Visually inspect inserts using scopes to verify surface characteristics. - Operate additional equipment as needed to support production. - Set up machines and troubleshoot basic to moderately complex issues independently. Education and Experience - High school diploma or GED required. - Previous experience with grinding equipment preferred. Work Environment - Controlled indoor environment with temperature regulation and dust collection systems. - Personal protective equipment (PPE) required: safety glasses with side shields, safety shoes, and gloves (including cut-resistant gloves when applicable). Physical Demands - Standing for approximately eight hours per shift, with two scheduled breaks. - Periodic walking, reaching, bending, and light lifting. - Must be able to lift insert trays weighing up to 33 pounds. Problem Solving - Complete assigned production orders by due date and according to operational guidelines. - Solve routine problems using standard operating procedures and job-specific knowledge. - Interpret and execute verbal and written instructions efficiently. - Apply acquired knowledge of insert styles and production processes to maintain output quality.

Bongards' Creameries is seeking a Day Shift Machine Operator based out of our Humboldt facility. The machine operator is responsible for operating and troubleshooting various machines involved in cheese making processes. Unwrap barrels, ensure cheese packages are made correctly
Ensure dry ingredients are placed on pallet according to the blend sheet
Open cheese packages and place in rework containers
Assist with Cleaning and Sanitizing of machines and areas after production is finished
Keep work area neat, clean and organized
Work in a safe, efficient manner in a fast paced environment
Other duties as assigned

3rd Shift - Machine Operator I

Performs inspection and packaging of plastic parts. Adheres to all plant and OSHA safety policies and regulations.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Must be able to run 2 Injection Mold machines independently by six month mark.
Processes manufactured parts per job instructions, pack verified amounts, and label appropriately.
Constructs boxes for packing at assigned machine.
Visually inspects parts for defects as noted on QPM and sample boards to ensure quality parts are being packed in compliance with specified requirements.
May cut off runners with gate cutters and inspect such things as springs or screws to ensure finished part meets specifications.
Enters information on log sheets such as in-process books every two hours as quality checks are made to ensure product consistency and conformity to quality standards.
Understands production records and is able to keep accurate counts of accepted, rejected and scrapped product as noted on packing logs.
Lifts and carries boxes (up to 50 lbs.) to pallets for removal to shipping or storage. On occasion may use pallet jack to move pallets of boxes or totes.
Responsible for keeping the assigned work area well organized, clean and neat
Alerts shift supervisor of machine malfunction or scrap quantity issues.
Maintains effective working relationships with other coworkers

Required Skills/Abilities:
