The specific salary offered for this, or any given role will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to job location, scope of role, qualifications, complexity/specialization/scarcity of talent, experience, education, and employer budget. Must Have Role: Lead Analyst - GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) & AI Search Visibility Description: Key Responsibilities In this role, you will: * Define and evolve the GEO/AIO strategy and frameworks (hygiene, architecture, reputation, LLM-first content) for assigned clients and brands. * Lead GEO diagnostics including AI / LLM answer audits, entity and claim mapping, on-page/off-page assessments and reputation reviews. * Translate findings into prioritized roadmaps covering hygiene fixes, content, web architecture, off-page signals and measurement. * Collaborate with SEO, content, medical, creative and web teams to ensure GEO complements SEO and is embedded into existing workflows. * Partner with analytics teams to extend measurement beyond classic SEO into AI-visibility KPIs, including GEO dashboards and scorecards. * Drive the design and usage of LLM-first content frameworks (e.g., VITAL-Rx / PULSE-Rx) with brand and medical stakeholders. * Contribute to and guide development of the GEO/AIO Lab to benchmark how brands show up across multiple LLMs and test interventions. * Prepare and present client-ready narratives, POVs and recommendations, including workshops and trainings for internal and client teams. * Support business development through solutioning, pitch participation and case study creation for GEO/AIO opportunities. * Mentor junior team members and help establish best practices, checklists and playbooks for GEO delivery. Capability: * Building and executing GEO strategies across hygiene, content, architecture and reputation. * Translating complex AI / LLM concepts into simple, actionable programmes for global pharma stakeholders. * Designing and using GEO/AIO Labs, prompt libraries, and LLM testing to drive continuous improvement. Stakeholder Management: * Working closely with brand, medical, SEO, web, analytics and compliance teams on the client and Indegene side. * Collaborating with global and local markets, ensuring alignment with regional regulations and nuances. Customer Focus: * Deepening your understanding of HCP and patient information-seeking behaviour across search and AI. * Using data and insight to shape safer, more useful AI answers that support better health decisions. Desired Profile: We are seeking professionals with the following qualifications: * 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, search, content strategy, analytics or consulting, ideally with SEO exposure. * Agency experience in SEO and GEO/AIO is a must have. Pharma experience is good to have but not mandatory. * Demonstrated ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects with global teams. * Strong understanding of search behaviour, SEO fundamentals, web/content structures and basic analytics. * Comfort engaging with concepts like LLMs, AI search, structured data (schema, OG tags), knowledge graphs. * Excellent communication, storytelling and presentation skills, with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders. * High personal accountability and demonstrated success in delivering complex, high-impact initiatives. Good to have The following are not mandatory but would be a plus: * Experience with SEO / search tools (e.g., GSC, GA/GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog). * Exposure to GenAI / LLM tools (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.) and prompt-based workflows. * Experience in team handling, SEO strategy or digital transformation roles.
