Operational
Ensures compliance of all safety requirements by Maintenance employees during outage including, but not limited to:
Crane safety.
Fire protection.
General safety/environmental required activities.
LOTO
Manages all major outages throughout the plant while coordinating equipment re-builds both on and off site. Coordinates major outage activities with respective planners to minimize downtime.
Provides expertise in the principles of root cause analysis (RCA) and Reliability Centered Maintenance to create an environment of continuous asset reliability improvement.

Responsibilities
Working from detailed sketches or off redlines to prepare site plans, single- and three-line electrical diagrams and detailed drawings within CAD/MicroStation/SolidWorks Draft Sight in 2D and 3D environment.
Generate point maps for all hardwired and digital I/O for BESS control systems from detailed sketches or redlines.
Develop single Line Diagrams, layouts, schematics with all standards, clearances.
Create spatial layouts utilizing map importing of KMZ and SHP typical files.
Understand, use, and contribute to establishing company standards for drafting, including layer names; line and character styles; drawings and file names for sheet layouts.
Champion and manage project-specific BOMs (Bill of Materials) in collaboration with the Manufacturing group.
Own and manage the internal lessons learned database, ensuring accuracy with input from Engineers.
Support the generation of drawings for RFIs and RFPs with customers and business partners.
Review and analyze documents, identifying drawing and specification conflicts, insufficient information, and missing dimensions while contributing ideas to enhance efficiency.

POSITION OVERVIEW - Manufacturing Electrical Test Engineer IIWe are seeking a dedicated manufacturing testing specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for strictly adhering to procedures and protocols for testing of solar inverters, converters, and variable frequency drives including power drive modules, basic drive modules, and medium voltage AC and DC drives. This role involves executing functional testing, developing test labs, and establishing test procedure requirements. Additionally, the manufacturing testing specialist will ensure compliance with the company's quality policy and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive zero test defect culture.
Candidate must possess the ability to independently troubleshoot equipment and identify solutions by applying technical expertise and product knowledge.
Perform full functional testing including insulation and Hi-Pot testing, I/O verification, cooling system functionality, and performance testing.

Participate in the development of processes to ensure manufacturability of equipment, product quality, and successful test execution.

Develop and communicate the test design requirements to Engineering for to drive improvement.
Ensure proper set up and dismantling of equipment by understanding LOTO process per EHS requirements.
Provide test documentation for approval by manufacturing and engineering management.
Lead customer witness factory acceptance testing.
Participate in third party certification testing.
Develop reports to capture lessons learned and track first pass yield data and provide to manufacturing and engineering leadership.
Align test methods with respective to IEC and UL standards.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field from an accredited university or college with a minimum 3+ years of experience in equipment testing.
Knowledge of electrical equipment manufacturing and exposure to quality, engineering, lean/5S, testing or engineering processes.
Analytical skillset and systematic approach to problem solving.
