Responsibilities Position Summary
The FinanceAnalyst assists in the design and implementation of the company's comprehensive strategic financial plan. Tracks financial and productivity performance, and is involved with financial forecasting, development of operating and capital plans, staffing analysis, cost reduction and process improvement strategies.
Job Responsibilities
Development of the annual operating budget and models used to forecast operating expenditures.

Develop deep knowledge of assigned funds and securities to support global operational processes.
Participate in system testing, monitoring, and project-related activities.

Monitor end-of-day processing to ensure accurate data flow to downstream systems.
Provide support for ad hoc requests and coverage for team responsibilities as needed.
The experience you bring:
5+ years of experience in investment operations or other investment-related role
Hands on experience maintaining and reconciling Security Master data
College degree in finance, accounting, or equivalent work experience.
Working knowledge of the following systems: Bloomberg, Excel, Business Objects, ePAM, MS Office Suite
Proficiency in data querying tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Excel).
Substantial experience with trading platforms, investment accounting systems, and custodian data feeds.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Demonstrate ownership and accountability for data accuracy and integrity.
Work effectively across departments and with external partners.

As a
Quantitative FinanceAnalyst
on operational risk in the Risk Analytics team, your main responsibilities will involve:
• Applying quantitative methods to develop models on operational risk that meet line of business, risk management and regulatory requirements
• Maintaining and continuously enhancing models and related processes, such as model execution and ongoing monitoring, over time to respond to the changing nature of portfolios, economic conditions and emerging risks

Position Overview
• Responsible for independently conducting quantitative analytics and modeling projects on operational risk. Responsible for developing new models, analytic processes or systems approaches on operational risk stress testing and capital estimation. Creates documentation for all activities and works with Technology staff in design of any system to run models developed. Incumbents possess excellent quantitative/analytic skills and a broad knowledge of financial markets and products.
