Job Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Training Requirements:
A high school diploma or GED equivalent; successful completion in the DDCA training program. Must hold current DDCA certification in Oklahoma. You will possess computer skillsto be able to print documents and enter information about our Residents.
You must be active as this role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
You must have the ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
You must be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.
You must be criminally cleared.

Successful applicants will meet the following minimum requirements:
· Professional caregiving experience with elderly· Dementia/Alzheimer's experience a plus· Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and your own reliable vehicle (no ride shares)· High school diploma or GED· Clean criminal background· Must be willing to take and active role in engaging clients in social, cognitive, and purposeful activities· Must be comfortable using mobile technology· Open availability strongly preferred· Minimum two professional references
Job Responsibilities:
· Assist clients with ADL's personal care as needed, errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, grocery shopping, transportation, medication reminders· Provide companionship and emotional Support· Report to Care Management staff· Engage in thoughtful conversation and mental stimulation with client· Some lifting may be required· Be physically able to carry out light housekeeping and driving
