Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities
* Duties will primarily revolve around building software by writing and modifying code to fix errors, adapt it to software requirements, improve its performance, or upgrade interfaces, as well as working on technical issues, such as software system design and maintenance.
* Assist team of engineers to provide production support and troubleshooting for the Wilmington warehouse operation. Work with production associates, technicians, and engineers to ensure reliable warehouse operation via automated systems and user interfaces.

* Providing software programming and documentation development.
* Working with project managers, customers or departments on technical issues including software system design and maintenance.

Experiences/Education - Required

Overview
We're seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own our accelerate payment products, building and maintaining the critical systems that handle money movement between Vantaca and our payment partners. This role requires someone who can architect resilient, secure, and compliant payment systems while navigating the complexities of ACH, credit card processing, wire transfers, and payment reconciliation.
You'll work directly with payment processors, banking partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely payment processing that our customers depend on for their business operations.
