Senior Psych Care (SPC) provides fully integrative behavioral health services to individuals in Nursing Homes and Assisted Living Facilities across Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico & Louisiana. Nurse Practitioners (NP's) and Physician Assistants (PA's) provide brief cognitive and emotional assessments, psychotropic medication management and gradual dosage reductions. This position requires advanced psychiatric skill sets. Our psychotherapy and psychiatric teams collaborate with nursing home staff to provide quality patient care.

Our teams are highly specialized, with Board Certified Geriatric Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Licensed Psychologists, and Licensed Clinical Social Workers. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
This position requires face to face interactions with staff, board, vendors, and the general public on a daily basis to accomplish all essential functions of the position.
TREATMENT IMPLEMENTATION & DOCUMENTATION
Deliver therapy sessions based on the SLP's Plan of Care, ensuring interventions align with established goals and measurable outcomes. Collect data during sessions and maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with agency policies, Medicaid, and private insurance requirements. Prepare adaptive materials and visuals to support classroom inclusion. Participate in team meetings, professional development, and family meetings as needed.

About the role:

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and will perform as a plasma donor screener and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.
How you will contribute:
You will answer phones, and greet and focus on our donors, while ensuring the safety of donors and our team.
You will screen new and repeat donors and take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
You will use our Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
You will help identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company approved procedures.
You will be there for our donors, which includes working a variety of shifts, Saturdays and Sundays, and holidays.
