Have working knowledge of liquor, beer, wine, and food that is served at the property. competent in suggesting pairings of food to wine or beer. Ability to operate point-of-sale systems. Must be at least 18 years old. Previous experience as a server preferred (2+ years). Must obtain the Texas food handling certification and TABC certification. Prolonged periods of standing and walking. Must be able to lift, balance, and carry trays of food weighing up to 25 pounds. Be familiar with all property amenities and other outlets in the hotel.
